We offer several convenient ways to pay your service invoice:

• Zelle: Send payments to our business account.

• Venmo: Pay via our Venmo link or QR code.

• PayPal: Use our secure PayPal.me link.

• Cash or Check:

Please be sure to email, call, or text us once you’ve made your payment so we can confirm receipt and avoid any mix-ups.

📅 Payment Terms

Our payment schedule depends on the type of service:

Consultations: Fees are due when booking your appointment, unless we’ve made other arrangements. All initial site consultations and design fees are non-refundable.

Design & Installation Projects:

A deposit is required to reserve your project start date.

For larger projects, we typically require:

• 50% deposit at contract signing

• 25% at the project mid-point (if applicable)

• Final 25% upon completion

Weekly Billing: For ongoing projects or additional supplemental work, invoices are issued weekly, and payment for the previous week’s invoice must be received before work continues the following week. This keeps your project on track and ensures we can continue delivering high-quality work without delays.

Paying an Invoice: Please include your invoice number and name with your payment.

🧾 How We Calculate Your Invoice

Your estimate will include an expected duration in days or hours. This is our best professional assumption based on the information we have when we prepare your proposal. Actual time may vary due to weather, site conditions, or unexpected challenges.

Small Business Cash Flow:

Weekly Billing: Invoices are generated each week for work completed to date. Payment for each week’s invoice must be received before work continues the following week — this applies to any ongoing or supplemental work added to the original scope.

Estimates are just that — estimates. If material prices shift or unforeseen site issues arise, your costs may change.

If you’d like to add or modify any part of the project, you’re always welcome to. Just submit a Change of Order Form, and we’ll document, review, and approve the changes together to keep everything clear and agreed upon.
